- Register early and guarantee your
place at the breakfast, lunch, and dinner programs, as well as save money!
Registrations received by March 2, 2001 are guaranteed early registration rates.

- Don't forget to select your menu choice for each meal you
are planning to attend. Note that three meals are included with full conference
registration; one-day registration includes only meal(s) noted for that day.
- No conference registration fee is required for Saturday
WLFTA activities.
- Payment can be made by check, bankcard, or purchase order.
If you are paying by purchase order or bankcard, the form at the bottom of this page must
be filled out completely before your registration can be processed. Total payment, or
purchase order, for each individual must accompany the completed registration form for
that individual.
- Receipts will be enclosed in your registration packet at the
conference.
- Requests for refunds MUST BE RECEIVED by March 19,
2001. Refunds are subject to a $10.00 processing fee.
- Registration costs include a $2 per day surcharge for ADA
accommodation contingency fund. Please contact the WLA Office at (206) 545-1529 or
1-800-704-1529 by March 2, 2001 if you require accommodation.
- Purchase Orders must be received by March 2, 2001 to
qualify for the advance registration fee. ALL purchase orders must be accompanied by a
completed registration form for each attendee included in the purchase order.

Downloading
The form is legal size (8.5 x 14); be sure your have legal size paper in your printer and
the correct printer settings.
Because of the large file size, the download will take a
while.
Acrobat Reader can be downloaded to your computer at no
charge from Adobe's Web site. With Acrobat Reader installed, the file will
automatically open and display.

The WestCoast
Grand Hotel at the Park is the official conference hotel. Call 1-800-325-4000
for reservations and ask for the WLA 2001 Conference rates. Only reservations placed by
phone will receive conference rates, not those placed through the WestCoast Hotels web
site.
- Main Wing (single, double, triple, quad. occupancy)
$87 + tax
- Executive & Tower Wings (single, double, triple,
quad. occupancy) $102 + tax
The West
Coast Grand is fully booked for the night of Friday, April 6 as are most other hotels and
motels in the Spokane area due to a major convention beginning the following day.
The
hotel has a waiting list for that night. To place you name on the waiting list, call
the hotel directly at 509-326-8000. Please contact the Convention and Visitors
Bureau's Visitors Center for assistance in finding other accommodations on that date:
