EXHIBIT HOURS
 Thursday:     8:30-Noon     1:30-7:00 PM
Friday          8:30-Noon     1:30-4:00 PM
SPECIAL EVENTS
  • Four 1/2 hour no-conflict times scheduled during the two days.
  • Exhibitors' Social Hour with no-host bar Thursday evening.
  • The last no-conflict time will include all prize drawings scheduled
    for 3:30-4:00 PM.
  • Exhibitors are invited to join conference attendees for a dinner
    cruise on the Columbia River from 7:00-9:00 PM Friday.
SERVICES
 Most services will be provided by Pacific Exhibition Decorating Company. Details about set up time, phone line arrangements, shipping and storage, and hotel information will follow receipt of your registration.
DISMANTLING
 Please note that the EXHIBIT HALL IS OPEN UNTIL 4:00 PM FRIDAY. The last no-conflict time will include all prize drawings scheduled for 3:30 - 4:00 PM. Many conference attendees will be staying over Friday night. Scheduled are Library School reunions and open bar followed by a dinner cruise on the Columbia River on Friday evening and an ALA @Your Library program on Saturday. We realize having exhibits open until 4:00 PM makes it difficult if you need to leave Friday evening, but we invite you to join us at the reception and for dinner. We hope you will make an effort to accommodate the open exhibit hours and not breakdown early.
