Speaker - Janaki Severy Janaki
Severy is committed to supporting her clients to
reach their goals. She excels in executive
coaching, training design and delivery and group
facilitation. Her gift is that she creates an
atmosphere of trust, which allows for proactive
intervention and change and encourages possibility
thinking. She successfully identifies individual
and group strengths and assists participants to
design and implement powerful strategies for
individual and organizational
improvement. Janaki's
energy and spontaneous sense of humor are evident
in all the work she does. Her clients range from
Fortune 500 corporations, healthcare,
biotechnology, the Federal Government to public
utilities and high tech companies. She has been
located in the Pacific Northwest for 6
years. Janaki
has a BA in Drama from the University of Washington
and her ME.D in Counseling and Guidance for the
University of Arizona. Her Ph. D. level work has
been in the area of Transformational Learning. She
has been a member of National Speaker's
Association, ASTD, and the Northwest Human Resource
Managers Association.
