Do You
Have Any Dietary Restrictions?
If you have dietary restrictions, please DO NOT use the online registration
on this Web site to register. Submit the hard copy of the registration
form and indicate the meals you'll be attending and your meal choices
as requested. Attach a separate sheet of paper to the registration
form indicating that you have dietary restrictions and what they
are. We will submit that information to the hotel catering. The
hotel may wish to contact you directly to assure they are meeting
