Wednesday, April 20
Sundaes at the Carrousel  |  6:30 - 8:30 pm

Make and enjoy your own ice cream sundae and take a spin or two on Spokane's historic Looff Carrousel in Riverfront Park, the heart of downtown Spokane. This magnificent carrousel, handcarved in 1909 by Charles Looff, features 54 horses, one giraffe, a tiger, and two chariots. The carrousel is listed on the National Register and is included in the list of the "Top 10 Carrousels in the United States."

This Conference-eve event is a perfect way to meet your conference colleagues and experience one of Spokane's local treasures. Beverages, ice-cream sundaes and unlimited carrousel rides included.

Learn about WLA interest groups in a very informal setting.  A no-host bar and fruit plates will be available.
