SAIL met online on October 13 to discuss the bylaws following the merge of RIG and TRIP IGs into SAIL. New bylaws were drafted and agreed upon by members in attendance. Bylaws will be formally adopted after a vote at the 2016 WLA conference.

8/9/2013: SAIL met online on August 9. We discussed libraries and ACA resources, and voted to establish bylaws and a steering committee. No official minutes were taken for this meeting.
