2025 Virtual Access

Interested in attending #WLA2025, but unable to make it to Tacoma for the in-person conference? Our schedule includes over 20 pre-recorded, on-demand sessions for virtual attendees. Please find a full list of sessions and descriptions below.

Conference App

Whova, our conference app, will be launched prior to the conference. Virtual and in-person attendees alike will use the app, and access to the app will continue until May 2, 2024. Whova has many features to support virtual attendees conference experience including:
  • Easily access virtual programs: Use the app to view programs and stay up to date on updates
  • Social and professional networking: View profiles and message other attendees; interact with other attendees with community discussion topics and social groups
  • Virtual Exhibit Hall: browse virtual booths and connect with exhibitors

 Virtual Program Schedule

Virtual programming for #WLA2025 will be pre-recorded, asynchronous programs. Below, find our virtual session schedule. Sessions vary in length from:

  • 10-15 minute Lightning Talks
  • 45-minute sessions
  • 75-minute sessions

Note: While our On-Demand sessions are "scheduled" for Thursday, April 10, 8:00 am-5:00 pm to include access in our conference agenda, you may view these sessions at any time from Wednesday, April 9, 8:00 am through the end of the conference app access on June 12, 2025. These sessions are on-demand, and they do not occur at a set time.
