2024 Virtual Access
For attendees who can't make the trip this time, we will offer virtual-only access that includes access to the app and pre-recorded virtual sessions. View the schedule of virtual programs here.
Conference App
Whova, our conference app, will be launched prior to the conference. Virtual and in-person attendees alike will use the app, and access to the app will continue until May 2, 2024. Whova has many features to support virtual attendees conference experience including:
- Easily access virtual programs: Use the app to view programs and stay up to date on updates
- Social and professional networking: View profiles and message other attendees; interact with other attendees with community discussion topics and social groups
- Virtual Exhibit Hall: browse virtual booths and connect with exhibitors
Access the Conference Platform!
Our conference app and site are now live! If you're registered, you can access the conference site from your web browser or via the mobile app. Please note: You will NOT need a code to be able to access the conference site!
- Website: Open Whova using Chrome as your internet browser.
- Create an account using the email address associated with your registration.
- If you’ve already created your account or you have used Whova in the past, sign in. You will be taken straight to the conference site.
- Mobile App: Open this Download page in your smartphone’s web browser, or search “Whova” in your app store.
- Download the app, then search and select “2024 WLA Conference.”
- Click “Join” and "Sign In"
- If you're new, create an account using the email address associated with your registration.
- If you’ve already created your account or you have used Whova before, sign in. You will be taken straight to the conference site.
Virtual Program Schedule
Virtual programming for #WLA2024 will be fully pre-recorded, asynchronous programs. Below, find our virtual session schedule. Sessions vary in length from:
- 10-15 minute Lightning Talks
- 45-minute sessions
- 75-minute sessions

Note: While our On-Demand sessions are "scheduled" for Thursday, Feb. 29 8:00 am-5:00 pm to include them in our conference agenda, you may access these sessions at any time from Thursday, Feb. 29, 8:00 am through the end of the conference app access on May 2, 2024. These sessions are on-demand, and they do not occur at a set time.
